SADDLE BROOK DISTRICT REGISTRATION

 ***FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST, SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS OF RESIDENCY MUST BE DONE ON THURSDAYS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM TO 12PM AND 1PM TO 3PM.***

     

Registration is a two-step process.  Note:  to be eligible for Kindergarten in Saddle Brook, children must be 5 years of age by October 1, 2011.

                                                                                                           

Step 1- 

  • Please dowload necessary forms here.  If you cannot print the forms, please contact Superintendent's Office-Central Registration at 201-843-1142 x304 to obtain a set of forms.  
  • You may return the completed forms to the Board Office, 355 Mayhill Street, between 9am and 12pm, Monday through Friday.  You may want to call ahead to check for availability.
  • Return the completed forms, 4 proofs of residence and your child’s original birth certificate with the raised seal or Passport, and a student transfer card from the school district your child last attended.

 

Homeowners must provide at least one of the items in bold plus 3 additional proofs.

Tenants must provide item in bold plus 3 additional proofs.

Step 2 -   You will be given a school-specifc packet to complete.  You may then bring:

  • Your completed school packet,  
  • “District Certification of Student Eligibility” (the white form given to you when you prove your residency),
  • Your child’s original birth certificate,
  • Your child's immunization records
  • Your child's transfer card

to the appropriate school between 10-11:30 am or call the number below to make an appointment.
