    STUDENT REGISTRATION

    Registration is a two-step process

    Step 1:

    All necessary documents for proof of residency and birthdate must be presented at the time of registration.

    List of Required Items for Registration:

    The following completed forms which can be found at:

     

    If you own your home, the following documents will be accepted for consideration:

    • Original Mortgage or Recorded Deed
    • Tax Bill-issued from the Town of Saddle Brook
    • Current Month Utility Bill or Bank Statement
    • Photo ID of Parent
    • Other Evidence of personal attachment to the address given may be provided

    If you rent, the following documents will be accepted for consideration:

    • Current Signed Lease
    • Current Month Utility Bill
    • Bank or Credit Card Statement
    • Photo ID of Parent
    • Other Evidence of personal attachment to the address given may be provided

     

    Step 2:

    Once proof of residency has been completed, you will be given a school-specific packet to complete. You may then bring the following to the appropriate school:

    • Your completed school packet
    • “Student Registration Form” (the white form given to you when you prove your residency, signed by the District Representative)
    • Your child’s original birth certificate
    • Your child's immunization records
    • Your child's transfer card
